App Store purchases

Apple processes purchases made in the Mac App Store or the App Store on iPhone and iPad. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem service or contact Apple Support. Apple decides App Store refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The seven-day App Store trial is a free, non-renewing in-app purchase. It never converts into a paid purchase automatically, so there is no trial charge to cancel or refund.

No paid sales are open for direct downloads

New direct Mac downloads are paused. The previous no-payment preview provided 7 days of access. Direct paid sales are not open, so there is currently no direct purchase to refund or withdraw from. The displayed €19 amount is advance information, not a current direct-sale offer.
