Launch status

The Mac, iPhone and iPad App Store launch is in preparation. New downloads of the previous Mac preview are paused. Existing users can still contact support below.

Get help

Email legetdev@gmail.com and include your Filox version, device, operating-system version, the operation you used, and what happened. Do not attach private source files unless we ask for a minimal, safely redacted sample.

Purchases and trial

App Store purchases and the free trial are tied to your Apple Account. If an existing lifetime purchase is not recognized, open Filox and use Restore Purchases. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. The direct-download DMG uses a separate licence and does not unlock the App Store versions, or vice versa.

Files and privacy

File operations run on your device; your files and their contents are not uploaded to us. Read the complete Privacy Policy.

Report a security issue

Email legetdev@gmail.com with the subject “Filox security report.” Include a concise reproduction and impact. Please avoid public disclosure while we investigate and do not access systems or data you do not own or have permission to test.
